WEBRIS AGENCY
Outcomes
We cut data collection from 45 hours a month to 11 — a 75% reduction, measured before and after.
We consolidated 17 client accounts into one backend that pulls every source on a schedule, including the ones their reporting platform couldn't reach.
We fixed tracking across all 17 accounts, so the numbers in the reports could be trusted for the first time.
We freed the account team from the part of reporting nobody wanted: the collecting. The analysis stayed with them.
We removed the monthly bottleneck that made every reporting cycle a scramble at the end of the month.
Challenge
Their reporting tool couldn't connect to everything they used, so no report was ever complete inside it. Whatever the platform didn't cover got looked up separately and stitched together before anyone could analyze anything. Forty minutes per account, four times a month, across seventeen accounts.
Solution
We started by fixing what was broken before automating anything. Call trackers were named after the wrong channel. Duration thresholds were counting five-second calls as leads. Form events were firing twice. Google Business Profile location labels were crossed between offices. That cleanup ran across all seventeen accounts and took longer than the dashboard did.
We then built one backend that pulls every data source on a schedule, including the platforms the old reporting tool couldn't reach, so reports arrive complete instead of half-built.
We left the analysis where it belonged. The team still decides what the numbers mean and what to recommend. What they stopped doing was gathering them.
We documented the whole system inside the agency's own accounts, so it keeps running whether or not we're involved.
